電纜橋架安裝施工標(biāo)準(zhǔn)

　　Construction standards for cable tray installation

　　一、橋架防護(hù)層

　　1、 Bridge protection layer

　　熱浸鋅橋架：

　　Hot dip galvanized bridge:

　　1）熱浸鍍鋅橋架鍍層表面應(yīng)均勻，無(wú)毛刺、過(guò)燒、掛灰、傷痕、局部未鍍鋅。不得有影響安裝的鋅瘤

　　1) The surface of the hot-dip galvanized bridge coating should be uniform, free of burrs, overburning, dust hanging, scars, and partial lack of galvanizing. There shall be no zinc nodules that may affect installation

　　2）熱浸鋅鍍鋅層厚度:平均值≥65微米，螺絲、螺帽、墊片≥20微米

　　2) Hot dip galvanized layer thickness: average ≥ 65 microns, screws, nuts, washers ≥ 20 microns

　　電鍍鋅橋架：

　　Galvanized cable tray:

　　1)電鍍鋅的鋅層表面應(yīng)光滑均勻，致密。不得有起皮、氣泡、花斑、局部未鍍、劃傷等缺陷

　　1) The surface of the zinc layer of electroplated zinc should be smooth, uniform, and dense. There shall be no defects such as peeling, bubbles, flower spots, partial uncoated areas, scratches, etc

　　2)電鍍鋅鋅層厚度：≥12微米，螺絲、螺帽、墊片≥6微米

　　2) Galvanized zinc layer thickness: ≥ 12 microns, screws, nuts, washers ≥ 6 microns

　　噴塑橋架:

　　Spray painted bridge frame:

　　1)噴塑層的表面應(yīng)平整、光滑、均勻、不起皮、無(wú)起皺、氣泡等缺陷

　　1) The surface of the spray coating should be flat, smooth, uniform, without peeling, wrinkling, bubbles or other defects

　　2）噴塑層表面厚度≥60微米，噴漆層表面厚度≥50微米，防火層表面厚度≥500微米

　　2) The surface thickness of the spray coating is ≥ 60 microns, the surface thickness of the spray coating is ≥ 50 microns, and the surface thickness of the fireproof layer is ≥ 500 microns

　　二、橋架外觀尺寸

　　2、 Exterior dimensions of bridge frame

　　橋架表面:橋架表面應(yīng)無(wú)變形、劃傷、開(kāi)裂。兩對(duì)邊應(yīng)平行，兩側(cè)邊對(duì)底邊應(yīng)垂直，斷面形狀端正，無(wú)彎曲、裂紋、邊緣毛刺等缺陷

　　Bridge surface: The bridge surface should be free of deformation, scratches, and cracks. Two pairs of edges should be parallel, and the two sides should be perpendicular to the bottom edge. The cross-sectional shape should be straight and free of defects such as bending, cracks, and edge burrs

　　橋架內(nèi)側(cè):橋架內(nèi)側(cè)應(yīng)平整光滑，無(wú)損傷電纜絕緣的凸起尖角，端頭毛刺高度不應(yīng)大于0.1mm

　　Inner side of the cable tray: The inner side of the cable tray should be flat and smooth, without any protrusions or sharp corners that damage the cable insulation. The height of the end burrs should not exceed 0.1mm

　　橋架長(zhǎng)度偏差:橋架長(zhǎng)度≤2m，偏差±2mm；長(zhǎng)度＞2m，偏差±4mm。直線段每米偏差應(yīng)不大于1mm，垂直度（底邊對(duì)側(cè)邊）允許偏差0.5%

　　Bridge length deviation: Bridge length ≤ 2m, deviation ± 2mm; length>2m, deviation ± 4mm. The deviation per meter of straight section should not exceed 1mm, and the allowable deviation for verticality (bottom edge to side edge) is 0.5%

　　橋架板厚:橋架板厚：寬度100～150 1.2mm；150～400 1.5mm；400～800 2mm；800以上2.5mm

　　Bridge board thickness: Bridge board thickness: Width 100-150 1.2mm; 150-400 1.5mm; 400-800 2mm; above 800 mm, 2.5mm

　　托盤(pán)連接板厚度:托盤(pán)連接板厚度應(yīng)不小于托盤(pán)厚度，梯架連接板板厚應(yīng)大于梯架厚度一個(gè)等級(jí)

　　Thickness of tray connecting plate: The thickness of tray connecting plate should not be less than that of tray, and the thickness of ladder connecting plate should be one level greater than that of ladder

　　托盤(pán)蓋板厚度:托盤(pán)蓋板厚度可按托盤(pán)厚度、梯架蓋板厚度可低于梯架厚度一個(gè)等級(jí)

　　Tray cover thickness: The thickness of the tray cover can be one level lower than the thickness of the ladder, and the thickness of the ladder cover can be one level lower than the thickness of the ladder

　　三、膨脹螺絲安裝

　　3、 Installation of expansion screws

　　膨脹螺絲使用條件：套管加強(qiáng)型膨脹螺栓用于載荷較大或有震動(dòng)的固定支架及設(shè)備與水泥墻面的固定。錐帽型膨脹螺栓用于輕型支架及設(shè)備與水泥墻面的固定

　　Conditions for use of expansion screws: Sleeve reinforced expansion bolts are used for fixing brackets and equipment with large loads or vibrations to cement walls. Cone cap expansion bolts are used for fixing lightweight supports and equipment to cement walls

　　膨脹螺絲吊點(diǎn)拉拔試驗(yàn)：膨脹螺絲吊點(diǎn)拉拔試驗(yàn)，應(yīng)包括動(dòng)荷載加上實(shí)際承載乘以2倍，但不得超過(guò)其極限抗拉力，試驗(yàn)結(jié)果應(yīng)符合要求

　　Expansion screw suspension point pull-out test: The expansion screw suspension point pull-out test should include dynamic load plus actual load multiplied by 2, but should not exceed its ultimate tensile strength. The test results should meet the requirements

　　膨脹螺栓套管厚度：膨脹螺栓的套管厚度不應(yīng)小于0.8mm

　　Expansion bolt sleeve thickness: The sleeve thickness of the expansion bolt should not be less than 0.8mm

　　膨脹螺栓位置與混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)邊緣距離：膨脹螺栓錨固位置與混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)邊緣距離，不應(yīng)小于8倍孔徑，膨脹螺栓之間間距不應(yīng)小于10倍孔徑

　　The distance between the position of the expansion bolt and the edge of the concrete structure: The distance between the anchorage position of the expansion bolt and the edge of the concrete structure should not be less than 8 times the aperture, and the distance between the expansion bolts should not be less than 10 times the aperture

　　膨脹螺栓安裝后外觀：安裝后的膨脹螺栓套管不應(yīng)外露、平墊彈簧墊齊全，螺母緊固牢固

　　Appearance after installation of expansion bolt: The expansion bolt sleeve should not be exposed after installation, the flat spring pad should be complete, and the nut should be firmly fastened

　　四、虎口夾安裝

　　4、 Tiger mouth clamp installation

　　工字鋼上固定虎口夾：在工字鋼上固定虎口夾時(shí)，虎口夾的頂絲應(yīng)在下端

　　Fixing tiger mouth clamp on I-beam: When fixing tiger mouth clamp on I-beam, the top wire of the tiger mouth clamp should be at the lower end

　　工字鋼上固定重型虎口夾：在工字鋼上固定載荷較大或有震動(dòng)的支吊架時(shí)，應(yīng)采用重型虎口夾加鉤形件的形式固定

　　Fixing heavy-duty tiger clamps on I-beams: When fixing supports and hangers with large loads or vibrations on I-beams, heavy-duty tiger clamps with hook shaped components should be used for fixation

　　五、支架制作安裝

　　5、 Bracket fabrication and installation

　　支架鋼材：支架所用鋼材應(yīng)平直無(wú)彎曲、扭曲變形。下料后長(zhǎng)短偏差應(yīng)在3mm范圍內(nèi)，切口處應(yīng)無(wú)卷邊、毛刺，尖銳角應(yīng)打磨成圓角

　　Bracket steel: The steel used for the bracket should be straight without bending or twisting deformation. After cutting, the length deviation should be within 3mm, and there should be no curled edges or burrs at the incision. Sharp corners should be polished into rounded corners

　　支架焊接焊縫：支架焊接焊縫應(yīng)均勻、飽滿、平整，無(wú)明顯變形，焊接牢固，焊角高度5mm，焊縫長(zhǎng)度符合要求。不得出現(xiàn)裂紋、咬邊、氣孔、凹陷、漏焊等缺陷。焊接厚度超過(guò)4mm的支架應(yīng)打坡口

　　Bracket welding seam: The bracket welding seam should be uniform, full, flat, without obvious deformation, firmly welded, with a welding angle height of 5mm and a welding seam length that meets the requirements. There shall be no defects such as cracks, undercutting, porosity, dents, or solder leaks. Supports with welding thickness exceeding 4mm should be chamfered

　　焊縫周圍的飛濺物：焊縫周圍的飛濺物及藥皮應(yīng)清理干凈，焊縫應(yīng)打磨平整

　　Splash around the weld seam: Splash and coating around the weld seam should be cleaned up, and the weld seam should be polished flat

　　門形固定支架：門形固定支架必須采用焊接，角部不得采用螺絲連接形式

　　Door shaped fixed bracket: The door shaped fixed bracket must be welded, and the corners must not be connected by screws

　　C型鋼支吊架：用C型鋼制作的支、吊架，其端頭應(yīng)刷防銹底漆及面漆并用專用塑料封堵端頭

　　C-shaped steel support and hanger: supports and hangers made of C-shaped steel should have their ends coated with anti rust primer and topcoat, and sealed with specialized plastic

　　支架安裝：支架安裝應(yīng)橫平豎直，固定牢固

　　Bracket installation: The bracket installation should be horizontal and vertical, and firmly fixed

　　六、絲桿安裝

　　6、 Screw installation

　　絲桿選擇：400mm及以下橋架，絲桿≥10mm，600mm及以下橋架，絲桿≥12mm，1000mm及以下橋架，絲桿≥14mm

　　Wire rod selection: 400mm and below bridge frame, wire rod ≥ 10mm, 600mm and below bridge frame, wire rod ≥ 12mm, 1000mm and below bridge frame, wire rod ≥ 14mm

　　絲桿安裝：長(zhǎng)絲吊桿，應(yīng)與地面垂直。橫擔(dān)應(yīng)水平、支架、橫擔(dān)、角鋼外沿棱角部分，應(yīng)打磨成園角補(bǔ)刷防銹漆及面漆

　　Installation of screw rod: The long wire suspension rod should be perpendicular to the ground. The cross arm should be horizontal, the bracket, the cross arm, and the outer edge and corners of the angle steel should be polished into rounded corners, and then coated with anti rust paint and topcoat

　　絲桿與橫擔(dān)固定：吊桿穿橫擔(dān)處，上下各有一個(gè)螺母，荷載較大橋架，下端上兩個(gè)螺母，待橫擔(dān)調(diào)平后，上下螺母上緊，下端絲桿露出螺母20mm

　　Screw and cross arm fixation: At the point where the suspension rod passes through the cross arm, there are two nuts on each top and bottom. For bridges with large loads, there are two nuts on the lower end. After the cross arm is leveled, the upper and lower nuts are tightened, and the lower screw rod exposes 20mm of the nut

　　七、支吊架安裝

　　7、 Installation of supports and hangers

　　支、吊架間距：支吊架間距：寬度小于800mm的橋架，支吊架間距為2m，寬度等于大于800mm，支吊架間距為1.5米

　　Spacing between supports and hangers: For bridge trays with a width less than 800mm, the spacing between supports and hangers is 2m. For bridges with a width equal to or greater than 800mm, the spacing between supports and hangers is 1.5m

　　在走向改變處增加支、吊架：在距三通、彎頭、變高彎上下500mm處增加支、吊架

　　Add supports and hangers at changes in direction: Add supports and hangers at a distance of 500mm up and down from tees, bends, and height changing bends

　　固定支架設(shè)置：在接線箱、配電箱、配電柜、轉(zhuǎn)角彎、變高彎和變形縫兩端及丁字接頭的三端500mm以內(nèi)應(yīng)設(shè)固定支架

　　Fixed bracket installation: Fixed brackets should be installed within 500mm of both ends of junction boxes, distribution boxes, distribution cabinets, corner bends, height bends, and deformation joints, as well as the three ends of T-shaped joints

　　八、橋架安裝

　　8、 Bridge installation

　　橋架連接頭：電纜橋架水平敷設(shè)時(shí)，橋架之間的連接頭應(yīng)盡量設(shè)置在跨距的1／4左右處

　　Cable tray connectors: When laying cable trays horizontally, the connectors between trays should be set at about 1/4 of the span as much as possible

　　橋架平面對(duì)縫：橋架平面對(duì)縫不應(yīng)大于1.5mm,對(duì)縫處上下允許偏差±1mm。對(duì)縫平直度不應(yīng)大于2mm

　　Bridge plane joint: The joint of the bridge plane should not exceed 1.5mm, and the allowable deviation at the joint should be ± 1mm. The flatness of the joint should not exceed 2mm

　　橋架與支架間固定螺栓：橋架與支架間固定螺栓，橋架與連接板固定螺栓應(yīng)緊固無(wú)遺漏，防松動(dòng)零件齊全，螺母位于橋架外側(cè)

　　Fixed bolts between bridge frame and bracket: The fixed bolts between bridge frame and bracket, and between bridge frame and connecting plate should be tightened without omission, with complete anti loosening parts and nuts located on the outside of the bridge frame

　　橋架穿墻壁及樓板：橋架穿越墻壁和樓板時(shí)，橋架接頭應(yīng)置于外面，不能置于墻壁內(nèi)或樓板內(nèi)

　　Bridge passing through walls and floors: When the bridge passes through walls and floors, the bridge joint should be placed outside and not inside the wall or floor

　　橋架懸臂段：橋架安裝時(shí)出現(xiàn)的懸臂段，不得超過(guò)1m

　　Cantilever section of bridge: The cantilever section that appears during the installation of the bridge shall not exceed 1m

　　橋架橫擔(dān)絲桿孔徑：橋架橫擔(dān)絲桿孔徑，應(yīng)比螺桿直徑大2mm

　　Cable tray cross arm screw hole diameter: The cable tray cross arm screw hole diameter should be 2mm larger than the screw diameter

　　鋁合金橋架與鋼支架固定：鋁合金橋架與鋼支架固定時(shí)，接觸面之間可用聚氯乙烯或氯丁橡膠襯墊隔離絕緣防電化腐蝕

　　Aluminum alloy bridge and steel bracket fixation: When fixing aluminum alloy bridge and steel bracket, PVC or chloroprene rubber pads can be used to isolate insulation and prevent electrochemical corrosion between the contact surfaces

　　橋架水平度、平行度、垂直度偏差：橋架的水平度、平行度、垂直度全長(zhǎng)偏差不應(yīng)大于10mm

　　Deviation in levelness, parallelism, and verticality of the bridge: The overall deviation in levelness, parallelism, and verticality of the bridge should not exceed 10mm

　　橋架加強(qiáng)支、吊架：當(dāng)橋架寬度＞300mm時(shí)，在非直線段中部還應(yīng)增設(shè)一個(gè)加強(qiáng)支、吊架

　　Bridge reinforcement support and hanger: When the width of the bridge is greater than 300mm, an additional reinforcement support and hanger should be added in the middle of the non-linear section

　　橋架間凈距離：兩組橋架在同一橫擔(dān)上安裝時(shí)，兩組橋架間凈距離應(yīng)不小于50mm

　　Net distance between cable trays: When two groups of cable trays are installed on the same cross arm, the net distance between the two groups of cable trays should not be less than 50mm

　　橋架向外坡度：槽式大跨距橋架由室外進(jìn)入建筑物內(nèi)時(shí),橋架向外的坡度不得小于1/100

　　Bridge outward slope: When the trough type large-span bridge enters the building from the outside, the outward slope of the bridge shall not be less than 1/100

　　橋架敷設(shè)方位：橋架不得敷設(shè)在易燃易爆腐蝕性氣體管道和熱力管道的上方；腐蝕性液體管道和普通水管道的閥門、活接頭下方

　　Cable tray laying direction: Cable trays shall not be laid above flammable, explosive, corrosive gas pipelines and thermal pipelines; Under valves and flexible joints of corrosive liquid pipelines and ordinary water pipelines

　　橋架與其他管道間距：橋架與一般工藝管道平行凈距0.4m，交叉凈距0.3m，與易燃、易爆氣體管道平行凈距0.5m，交叉凈距0.5m，與熱力管道平行凈距0.5m，交叉凈距0.3m

　　The distance between the bridge and other pipelines: the net distance between the bridge and general process pipelines is 0.4m, the net distance between the bridge and intersections is 0.3m, the net distance between the bridge and flammable and explosive gas pipelines is 0.5m, the net distance between the bridge and intersections is 0.5m, the net distance between the bridge and thermal pipelines is 0.5m, and the net distance between the bridge and intersections is 0.3m

　　九、橋架自制彎

　　9、 Self made bending of bridge frame

　　橋架彎頭加工：橋架彎頭加工，邦彎圓或折邊折彎加工處，邦與底應(yīng)平齊，無(wú)變形、開(kāi)裂、縫隙過(guò)大。加工后對(duì)角線允許偏差±2mm

　　Bridge bend processing: For bridge bend processing, the edges should be bent or folded, and the edges should be level with the bottom, without deformation, cracking, or excessive gaps. The allowable deviation of the diagonal after processing is ± 2mm

　　橋架自制水平或垂直90度：彎橋架自制水平或垂直90度彎時(shí)，整體規(guī)整美觀。接縫拼縫緊密，內(nèi)外壁加工處光滑無(wú)毛刺。方頸螺絲由內(nèi)向外穿且固定牢固。其彎曲半徑應(yīng)符合橋架內(nèi)電纜彎曲半徑要求

　　Self made horizontal or vertical 90 degree cable tray: When the curved cable tray is self made with a horizontal or vertical 90 degree bend, the overall appearance is neat and beautiful. The seams are tightly connected, and the processing of the inner and outer walls is smooth without burrs. The square neck screw penetrates from the inside out and is firmly fixed. The bending radius should meet the maximum cable bending radius requirement inside the cable tray

　　橋架自制變高彎：橋架自制變高彎折彎角度宜為30度，拼接處可采用方頸螺栓由內(nèi)向外穿出固定，加工處應(yīng)光滑、平整、貼服、無(wú)銳角、毛刺。加工制做處應(yīng)補(bǔ)刷防銹漆和與橋架同色面漆

　　Self made elevated bending of bridge frame: The bending angle of self-made elevated bending of bridge frame should be 30 degrees, and square neck bolts can be used to fix the joints from inside to outside. The processing area should be smooth, flat, snug, without sharp angles or burrs. The processing and manufacturing area should be repainted with anti rust paint and topcoat of the same color as the bridge frame

　　線槽變高彎：線槽自制變高彎，下內(nèi)側(cè)彎貼橋架底部應(yīng)有一橫向固定絲桿，并加套絕緣防護(hù)管，用于固定電纜

　　Cable tray height increasing bend: The cable tray is self-made with a height increasing bend, and the lower inner side of the bend should be attached to the bottom of the bridge with a horizontal fixing screw, and an insulated protective tube should be added to fix the cable

　　梯架軟連接板或鉸接板：在梯架引上、引下處應(yīng)設(shè)置變高彎，因受空間條件限制不便制作變高彎或有特殊要求時(shí)，可選用軟連接板或鉸接板。變高彎上下500mm內(nèi)設(shè)置支吊架

　　Ladder frame soft connection plate or hinge plate: Variable height bends should be installed at the top and bottom of the ladder frame. When it is inconvenient to make variable height bends due to space constraints or special requirements, soft connection plates or hinge plates can be used. Install supports and hangers within 500mm of the height change bend

　　橋架與配電柜連接形式：橋架與配電柜連接形式，應(yīng)按要求方式進(jìn)行加工制作連接。橋架不可插入配電柜內(nèi)，配電柜的開(kāi)口應(yīng)小于橋架內(nèi)邊10mm，以利于做防火封堵施工

　　Connection form between cable tray and distribution cabinet: The connection form between cable tray and distribution cabinet should be processed and connected according to the required method. The cable tray cannot be inserted into the distribution cabinet, and the opening of the distribution cabinet should be 10mm smaller than the inner edge of the cable tray to facilitate fireproof sealing construction

　　橋架三通：橋架內(nèi)電纜為較小規(guī)格時(shí)，可采用直通方式三通，包角連接片貼于橋架內(nèi)側(cè)；電纜規(guī)格較大時(shí)，三通夾角處須有45度過(guò)度、拼接處方頸螺栓由內(nèi)向外穿出固定，加工處應(yīng)光滑、平整、貼服、無(wú)銳角、毛刺

　　Bridge tee: When the cables inside the bridge are of smaller specifications, a straight through tee can be used, with corner connectors attached to the inside of the bridge; When the cable specification is large, there must be a 45 degree transition at the angle of the tee, and the neck bolt of the splicing prescription should be fixed from the inside out. The processing area should be smooth, flat, snug, without sharp angles or burrs

　　槽式橋架固定橫撐：電纜在槽式橋架內(nèi)垂直敷設(shè)時(shí),在電纜的上端和每間隔1.5米處，水平敷設(shè)時(shí), 在纜線的首、尾、轉(zhuǎn)彎及每間隔4米處。增加預(yù)制橫撐上。預(yù)制橫撐做法的做法應(yīng)符合要求

　　Fixed cross brace of trough type cable tray: When the cable is vertically laid in the trough type cable tray, it should be installed at the upper end of the cable and every 1.5 meters interval. When laid horizontally, it should be installed at the beginning, end, turn and every 4 meters interval of the cable. Add prefabricated cross braces. The method of prefabricated cross bracing should meet the requirements

　　十、橋架接地

　　10、 Bridge grounding

　　噴塑橋架跨接地線：噴塑橋架兩端應(yīng)作跨接地線，連接線應(yīng)采用生產(chǎn)廠家標(biāo)配的銅編織跨接地線或不小于BV4mm2黃綠相間線。多芯連接線應(yīng)采用壓接接線端子連接，可靠連接于橋架本體上

　　Spray painted bridge cross grounding wire: Both ends of the spray painted bridge should be equipped with cross grounding wires, and the connecting wire should use the copper braided cross grounding wire standard by the manufacturer or a yellow green alternating wire not less than BV4mm2. Multi core connecting wires should be connected using crimping terminals and reliably connected to the bridge body

　　噴塑橋架跨接地線連接：噴塑橋架跨接地線應(yīng)接在橋架本體的接地預(yù)留孔上，不得接在橋架間的連接板上，整趟橋架接地線應(yīng)統(tǒng)一在橋架便于觀察側(cè)，不得左右混接

　　Spray painted bridge cross grounding wire connection: The spray painted bridge cross grounding wire should be connected to the grounding reserved hole of the bridge body, and should not be connected to the connecting plate between the bridges. The grounding wire of the entire bridge should be unified on the side of the bridge for easy observation, and should not be mixed left and right

　　噴塑橋架爪墊片：連接噴塑橋架跨接地線時(shí)，接觸面間應(yīng)使用生產(chǎn)廠家標(biāo)配的爪墊片，如無(wú)爪墊片，需將接地孔周圍絕緣涂層干凈

　　Spray painted bridge claw gasket: When connecting the spray painted bridge cross grounding wire, the manufacturer's standard claw gasket should be used between the contact surfaces. If there is no claw gasket, the insulation coating around the grounding hole needs to be cleaned

　　金屬橋架接地干線：金屬橋架應(yīng)在橋架的始末端與接地干線可靠連接，連接線應(yīng)不小于BV16mm2黃綠相間線

　　Metal bridge grounding main line: The metal bridge should be reliably connected to the grounding main line at the beginning and end of the bridge, and the connecting wire should not be less than BV16mm2 yellow green alternating wire

　　鍍鋅橋架：鍍鋅橋架間連接板兩端可不做跨接接地線，但連接板兩端不少于2個(gè)有防松螺帽或防松墊圈的連接固定螺栓

　　Galvanized cable tray: The two ends of the connecting plate between galvanized cable trays do not need to be connected with a cross grounding wire, but there should be at least 2 connection fixing bolts with anti loosening nuts or anti loosening washers at both ends of the connecting plate

　　十一、橋架特殊節(jié)點(diǎn)

　　11、 Bridge special nodes

　　橋架伸縮縫或伸縮節(jié)：橋架穿越建筑沉降縫、伸縮縫或金屬橋架直線段每隔30m應(yīng)予留20mm伸縮縫或設(shè)置成品伸縮節(jié)

　　Bridge expansion joints or expansion joints: When the bridge passes through building settlement joints, expansion joints, or metal bridge straight sections, 20mm expansion joints or finished expansion joints should be left every 30m
